My session with Val was awesome! I had never had one done before and did not know what to expect. During the session I was able to pick up on energy that was being given off by the stones. I didn’t think anyone would be able to actually feel the flow of energy moving through and around the body, but somehow I was able to feel its current. Throughout the meditation process I was able to feel certain stones giving off more energy than others. I understand not everyone is as sensitive to the energy as I am, but I can definitely say that it was a wonderful experience and would try it again.

On Monday morning I woke up and wrote down all my fears on a piece of paper, I then took them outside and burned them! I saged my entire apartment and felt really great.

That night I got a call from a friend I used to work with and he needed some help that night with a deadline, when I was walking out the door I got a call from another guy looking for some freelance. Before using Isagenix, I was tired all the time (sometimes so tired that walking up a flight of stairs fatigued me, and I would feel like I couldn't catch my breath). I also had trouble sleeping, and was really moody.
