Reiki
Reiki is Japanese in origin and the word "Reiki" translates as "universal energy". This energy (or "chi" as it is also called), flows through the practitioner and then into the recipient via the practitioner's hands.
Reiki energy operates on your whole body at every level: physical, mental, and spiritual. It flows through you for three to seven days after a session, enhancing your life force with its high vibrational energy.
Our Reiki practitioners are certified Reiki Masters, trained, qualified and experienced to give a variety of Reiki treatments. We do not diagnose and we do not recommend that you stop any medications that have been prescribed by your doctor. We simply allow the Reiki energy to do what it will.
Reiki goes where it is needed the most. It is an intelligent life-force energy. The practitioner does not need to understand nor interpret how it is working in a specific client.

Angel Sessions
Serenity Now Gifts & Services now offers Angel Therapy Practitioner® services. Each Angel Therapy Practitioner® at SNGS was certified by Doreen Virtue, PhD in Kona, Hawaii.
This service is non-denominational, and heals and harmonizes every aspect of your life. Our practitioners will work with your guardian angels and the archangels to help you connect with your guides, clear your blocks so you can receive their messages with confidence, and bring more peace to your life.

Crystal Therapy
Serenity Now Gifts & Services now offers Crystal Therapy services. Crystals and stones provide higher vibrational energy to help us balance, unblock, and align our chakras.
Chakras are energy centres in the body that affect us on every level--physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. A crystal therapy session can help to balance and align your chakras using the power of the earth.
A crystal therapy session involves a written assessment of your chakras, followed by an intuitive assessment using muscle testing. Then, you will relax on our massage table while your practitioner places the appropriate crystals on and around your body. Then, Reiki is used to boost the energy of the crystals and increase the power of your body to work on itself.
While you relax during a fifteen minute meditation, your practitioner will leave the room to do an Oracle card reading especially for you, to find out what you can do on your own to work on your chakras. When the practitioner returns, he/she will clear your aura, ground you, and review your reading with you, as well as discuss with you what you experienced during the session.
You will be given a couple of crystals to take home with you, as well as a chakra chart, if this is your first session with us. This chart shows you where the chakras are located in the body, as well as what areas they impact on all four levels.
